We use that information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver requested services. We do not sell contact information or add website enquiries to a marketing list without separate permission.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted by Krystal in the UK. Contact-form submissions are sent to the site’s configured business email account. We do not currently use public-site analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, any resulting work and our legitimate business records.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern by using the contact form.
